We also record when you submitted and consented, the type of request, and its follow-up status.
2. Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, provide course and batch information, manage applications and demo interest, and maintain an accurate record of your consent and our follow-up. We do not collect payment information through this website.
3. Who can access it
Authorized Academy staff may access submitted details through a protected administrative system. Database hosting and optional email notification providers may process the data to run these services. Provider names and final data-processing terms should be confirmed before launch.
4. Retention and security
We apply access controls and use a production database for submissions. A final retention schedule, deletion process and incident contact must be approved before launch. We will retain information only as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations.
5. Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your submitted details, or withdraw consent for future follow-up, through our contact form. We will verify and respond to requests according to applicable law and our final published procedures.
6. Cookies and site analytics
This initial site does not require an account or use advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process basic technical request data for security and operation. Any future analytics or tracking should be documented here before being enabled.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as our services develop. The final launch version should identify the operating legal entity, effective date, grievance contact and any required notices under applicable Indian law.
